Dear Mr. Curious Management,
Thank you for the question. Performance evaluations and small day-to-day exchanges with your workers provide you with an inadequate amount of information because they only reveal to you what they’re doing, how well they’re doing, or when they’re doing the most.
But what pops into the minds of a majority of managers is the question, “How do my employees feel?" Even if you know the answer as to what your employees are doing, you’re missing the most crucial pieces of information, which are how they feel in regards to their job, the office, and even you.
