I’ve been hearing some rumors about a new company called Crowded, and how there have been some staffing changes at the top level. Do you know anything about the company and the situation?

Thank you for your question. Crowded is a New York-based software startup that has the mission to aid in recovering old resumes within a company’s applicant tracking system (ATS). It was co-founded by Howie Schwartz and Joe Rubin in 2015. But currently, some top executives at the company have either stepped down or been fired. Schwartz’s LinkedIn profile says that he still works at Crowded, but his status within the company ultimately remains unknown and unconfirmed. The former head of sales, Mike Wiston, parted ways with the company just last month after only 1 year and 6 months. Steve Levy, an industry veteran, is remaining at the company and has voiced his confidence in the company itself as well as its product.
