Although holiday parties can be exhausting due to the amount of socializing that takes place, it’s definitely worth the sacrifice if you’re trying to be on the job marketing the following year. That’s because parties are the best way to commence your search. They are fundamentally a free networking event in which you’ll know the majority of the people, and if you don’t know some of them, your mutual friends can introduce you. With these connections, the conversations will feel less pressured as opposed to if you were an actual networking event.
